| Features and Reports |
- Restorative Charting. Decay, defective,
restored, implants, impacted and missing teeth are represented in
full-color graphics.
- Periodontal Charting. Free gingival margin,
mucogingival junction, mobility, pocket depth, furcation, bleeding,
suppuration are shown in full color graphics.
- Periodontal Statistics Report. A full
numeric report lists everything on the periodontal report.
- Attachment Comparison Report. A
practitioner can use full-color graphics to determine a patient's
progress between visits.
- Notes. Tooth notes and general notes are
available on both periodontal and restorative charts.
- History. A complete patient history
containing all collected information is accessible at any time.

records it. This feature allows speedy, hands free data entry.
- Electronic probe. Chart-It allows you to
use the industry's most popular Probe; Probe One. Probe One allows
you to probe a patient and the information feeds directly into the
charting system and offers a real time audio feedback of the pocket
depths.
- Light Pen. A suitable light pen is
available from FTG Data Systems.
- Touch Screen. Many vendors offer touch
screens, however, we have had very good success with ELO touch screens.
- Drawing Tablet. A suitable drawing tablet
is available as a separate purchase.

| Integration |
- Practice Management. A practice management
program feature provides communication with most major practice
management systems. Communications range from demographic
information to complete and seamless code links between systems.
Consult your practice management vendor for implementation details.
- Voice Activation. Chart-It interfaces with
Microsoft Speech Tools. Computer voice activation provides full
system functionality while freeing your hands for manual tasks.
Aside from the obvious convenience, hands-free operation provides an
added measure of asepsis.
- Probes. Chart-It supports Abiodent's
Perio-Tem and Probe One. These probes give you a quick and
efficient means of documenting the periodontal condition of your
patients.
- International Versions. Chart-It is
available in a British version and Canadian version. The programs
provide insurance codes applicable to the version. They include
provisions for geographical differences.
