helps you perform a variety of maintenance, diagnostic and repair tasks.

File
From the File menu option you can edit
the CIW.INI file or launch the System Configuration Editor.
Activities
This menu provides you with five utilities.
- Check for Chart-It Key or Password - This
utility lets you know if the Char-It key or password has been properly
installed.
- Data Manager - This is an advanced
software tool that can be used by technical support to analyze and
repair specific problems with data in the Chart-It database.
- Repair / Compact Chart-It Database - This
tool identifies, repairs, and compacts the charting.mdb file
containing your data.
- Repair / Compact Other Database - This
program allows a user to specify which database to repair and compact.
- Delete System Temp Files - This is a
housekeeping utility used to quickly and easily clean temporary files
that may not have been effectively cleaned up by windows.
Information
- Statistics - Allows a user to view the
patient count and the current benefits file for each provider.
- Chart-It Directory - Provides a list of
all the executable files in the Chart-It directory.
Options
- Environment - Allows a user to select the
Chart-It data file to be used.
